Performance Standards

GRS maintains a set of performance standards for clients:

  • Respond to general enquiries by clients within 2 business days.
  • Submit certification proposal within 5 business days.
  • Issue draft audit reports within 10 business days of an assessment.
  • Issue correct invoices within 10 business days of an assessment.
  • Review all comments from GRS website and other public sources as well as from customers and address all complaints/differences of opinions/comments/feedback within 20 business days.
  • Communicate independent report review outcomes to the lead auditor within 10 business days to ensure that the reports and findings support improvement in client organisations.
  • Undertake prompt and respectful transfer of certification within 30 business days.
